Abstract

The problem in this research is that the selection process does not fully use predetermined criteria, but is only subject to the assessment of the beneficiary's eligibility, and in determining potential recipients of cooperative assistance, it takes a long time for selection and there is no supporting application system for determining potential recipients of cooperative assistance. . The purpose of this study is to design a decision support system for the selection of recipients of cooperative assistance based on Android using the Moora method at the Gorontalo City Manpower, Cooperative and Small-Medium Enterprise Service so that the assessment uses all elements of predetermined criteria so that the assessment process can be more objective and faster in the selection process.This study uses the waterfall method, the data sources used are primary and secondary data with data collection methods through observation and interviews. The test used is a whitebox and blackbox. The whitebox test results in one of the processes in this system, namely the participant assessment module with a balanced result, namely Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = 4, then this system is declared to be running well. While the results of blackbox testing with several test samples resulted in the system being able to run as expected and efficiently.

The conclusion is that the Cooperative Assistance Recipient Selection Decision Support System Using the Android-Based Moora Method can maximize the process of selecting potential recipients of cooperative assistance, can make it easier for cooperatives to upload files for assistance requests and can make it easier for assessors to conduct direct assessments to cooperative beneficiary candidates
