ANALISIS SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK STMIK MOBILE SYSTEM MENGGUNAKAN METODE PIECES FRAMEWORK PADA STMIK ICHSAN GORONTALO

Information system is a system that provides information for management in making decisions and also for carrying out company operations, where the system is a combination of people, information technology and organized procedures. One example is the use of a mobile-based academic information system at STMIK Ichsan Gorontalo which can help campuses and students in lectures. The STMIK Mobile system has been used for 4 years but has never been tested or analyzed and evaluated whether it can still meet user needs. Later this will complicate the development of systems to support campus operations in the medium and long term. For this reason, researchers try to conduct research to determine the performance of the system using the PIECES method to determine the quality of information systems in terms of Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Service. PIECES). From the results of the study, the data obtained from the questionnaire distributed to 90 respondents obtained the value of the PIECES variable, namely the performance variable obtained a value of 4.28 with the predicate satisfied, the information variable obtained a value of 4.28 with the predicate satisfied, the economic variable obtained a value of 4.15 with the predicate satisfied, the control variable obtained a value of 3.78 with the predicate satisfied, the efficiency variable obtained a value of 3.62 with the predicate satisfied and the service variable obtained a value of 4.29 with the predicate satisfied. The STMIK Ichsan Gorontalo academic information system based on the PIECES framework has been able to provide an overview to determine the success of the implementation and the quality of the software that has been implemented. The PIECES framework can be used to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the information system used.
