SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PEMBAYARAN REKENING AIR PADA PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM (PDAM) KOTA GORONTALO

This research is an emphasis on the development of the problem that there are no features for checking payments for customers so that payments per month can be known without having to come to the office and also the location of the customer's home to check the use of water per month for 1 month by the field officer of Gorontalo City PDAM. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a water bill payment information system in Gorontalo Municipal Water Supply Company (PDAM) so that it will be easier for customers to check online.The test results of the blackbox and whitebox that have been done on all functional requirements of the system built show that all the features in this system can run according to their functions. This can be seen from the results of the calculation of Cyclematic Complexity (CC) equal to V (G) , where the results of CC = R1, R2, R3 are worth 3 and the value of V (G) = 3, so that with this system can simplify the transaction process and provide information also in the presentation of reports.
