RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM GEOGRAFIS PEMETAAN LIMBAH PADA DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DAN KEBERSIHAN DI KOTA DEPOK

The development of the industrial world in the Depok City area is getting higher and the waste disposal process does not go through the extraction process, causing environmental damage around the area. The Office of the Environment and Hygiene Office (DLHK) of Depok City as an institution specifically related to this requires a good mapping system in dealing with waste pollution. This system is required to deal with this problem quickly, effectively and display the latest information. The solution that can be done to overcome this problem is to build a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that can map areas with the potential for waste pollution. The main objective of this research is to develop a web-based geographic information system application to be used for monitoring industrial waste pollution. The current research is building an information system with a waterfall model. Based on the analysis and design of the system, it is explained that (a) the activity of using the waste pollution mapping system is carried out involving the community and the community who are given access rights to the system. The results of trials and evaluations that have been carried out with users of the web-based GIS system have concluded that the system formed is very effective for mapping waste pollution activities in the city of Depok.
