Abstract

The Tourism Office of Rote Ndao Regency is the organizer who coordinates with investors to provide investment and collaborate with other institutions or agencies related to events and attractions of tourism destinations. However, in this case, there is no strategic plan to develop tourism potential in Rote Ndao Regency. The tourism potential in Rote Ndao Regency consists of natural and cultural tourism. To promote this potential several tourism profiles have been developed and disseminated to travel agencies and related partners. However, this community-based tourism promotion is still temporary and there is no sustainability plan in developing the existing tourism potential. the ward and peppard method. With the final result in the form of developing an information system and strategic plan to produce a portfolio to support the progress of the organization, setting up application development policies for both large and small scale by confirming developer responsibilities assigned to special units or through third parties to be more organized and directed.
