Abstract

The development of information technology that exists today, makes the use of information technology more developed. Mootilango Subdistrict, one of the sub-districts that has enough land to be used as oil palm land, is around 182,170 (Ha) for the location of oil palm land owned by 90 people. Monitoring of plantation land is still not fast enough, as a result it still takes a long time to get information about the condition of the oil palm land itself. So far, the data and information about the location of plantation land presented are still in the form of reports containing numbers and text.The method used is the Research and Development method, this application is designed using software programming languages ??PHP and HTML, namely Macromedia Dreamwever, Java Programming Language Using Android Studio, and tools for modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language).  For testing this system uses blackboard and black box testing where the correct flow of graphs is obtained as a sample. The researcher tests the flowchart to make the route obtained:  Region (R) = 3  Independent path = 3, Cyclometric Complexity (CC) = 3  It can be concluded that the results of this test are correct and the system designed is suitable for use. And based on the blackbox testing table, get the appropriate results.
