Abstract

Based on data from the NTT BPS, the production of garlic in 2017 was 2,165 tons, in 2018 it was 4,522 tons, and in 2019 the production was 8,683 tons. How to diagnose pests and diseases on garlic plants using the Dempster Shafer method. The purpose of this study was to diagnose pests and diseases on garlic plants using the Dempster Shafer method. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, garlic is highly sought after by the public as a medicine in maintaining stamina to fight the Covid-19 virus. The method used in diagnosing pests and diseases of garlic plants is Dempster Shafer. The final result expected from this research is that an expert system for diagnosing garlic pests and diseases using the Dempster Shafer can be built so that it can help farmers and employees of the Agricultural Service to find out Pests and Diseases experienced by Garlic early so that they can do the right treatment
