SISTEM INFORMASI PENDATAAN DAN PENGOLAHAN DATA PENDUDUK PADA DESA PENFUI TIMUR BERBASIS WEBSITE

Abstract

Population data and information are the backbone of the village development process. The availability of access to population data and information depends on the filing system for each population event. Several types of population events will affect the number of population data, including births, deaths, moving in and out, marriage and divorce. In this study there are 3 scopes of activities to be carried out to collect data to dig up information for this research. The research stages include observation, questionnaires, interviews, literature studies, and continued with the stages of the software development life cycle such as: needs analysis, system design , implementation/coding, system testing, system integration, and user training. Based on the results of the database analysis, there are 4 (four) tables that are interrelated to form a unified structure of the database for the application of data processing for the residents of East Penfui Village. The results of the recap of population data in real time can be seen as to the total number of residents according to gender, religion, occupation and various other indicators. The population growth is recorded in the database system so as to make it easy to find out the history of the development of population data periodically. Data and information on population development to produce village information boards and village monograph boards as part of periodic public information based on the law on public information disclosure.
