Abstract

Application of Customer Relationship Management for Home Industry Products (case study: West Sumba Regency). Business entities are established with the aim of obtaining the maximum possible profit, but sometimes business entities tend to forget that the customer is one of the assets that play an important role in helping achieve these goals, so that business entities pay less attention to their customers. West Sumba is one of the districts in East Nusa Tenggara Province, in West Sumba Regency there are home industries.Currently, the home industry players market their processed products in a conventional way, namely by depositing their processed products in markets and displaying them in homes. With a marketing model like this, the producer is the seller so that the products sold are not as expected. If this is allowed to continue, the economic cycle will slow down, because it requires a sales method that involves technology as well as building a network between sellers and buyers or between producers and consumers of this technology called Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The application of CRM products to home industries in West Sumba Regency helps to do product marketing online. In addition, the implementation of CRM for home industrial products in West Sumba Regency can make it easier for consumers and potential consumers to obtain information and make purchases of home industrial products in West Sumba Regency to order products anytime and anywhere.
