PENENTUAN KELAYAKAN DAGING BABI (STUDI KASUS : RUMAH POTONG HEWAN BELO)

Food is one of the basic human needs that requires serious attention in terms of quality and quantity. To obtain adequate food, nutritious and suitable for consumption, can be obtained through plants and animals. One of them is found in pork because pork contains high protein. Pork demand in East Nusa Tenggara continues to increase every year, due to cultural factors that require the people of East Nusa Tenggara to consume pork, as well as the many restaurants that sell food with the main ingredient of pork. This study discusses the characteristics of the feasibility of pork that will be classified using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm based on variables that have been determined based on the value of k nearest neighbors. The results of testing using the Conffussion Matrix method with an average accuracy of 88% and an error rate of 12%.
