Abstract

Activities to recognize information systems are activities that can be documented in writing and systematically. The method used to master the identification of the early signs of a data processing system that ultimately forms an information system is the EIAIJ method, namely data processing elements, human interaction, document flow, human interaction with data processing elements and job descriptions. After recognizing the existence of an information system in an organization, it is necessary to create a document capable of capturing the existence of an information system. In the information system, the existence of entity elements, namely data, information, knowledge, and policies, will also be photographed as well as elements of activities to record, process, record and report. All these steps indicate the existence of a semantic network in humans that portrays the information system. The existence of a semantic network in humans reveals that in humans there is the ability to record and process data. Information systems introduction documents will assist humans in analyzing information systems and finding problems contained in information systems which will ultimately help solve these problems appropriately. Correct problem solving will encourage the establishment of a systematic information system that is able to encourage organizational systems to develop in a more advanced direction.
