Pengembangan Fitur Pengolahan Data Nilai Mahasiswa pada Sistem Pembelajaran Daring

Abstract

STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang is an IT-based university in East Nusa Tenggara. Founded in 2000 and has a mission to provide easy educational services to students. The innovation that has been made, namely in 2015 has implemented a mobile web-based academic and financial information system known as SiAmir. Then, at the end of 2019 build a system to be able to help monitor online teaching and learning activities from home by utilizing internet technology or what is known as e-learning. Learning using e-learning results is quite effective and efficient, as a learning medium in the classroom, and can develop media courses available on the e-learning. However, there are still obstacles, namely the processing of student grade data using conventional methods. All values must be recapitulated and rewritten on a score sheet making it difficult to manage and will inevitably take a lot of time. STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year has 30 lecturers, 867 students and 348 classes. Each class is filled with an average of 30 students. The problems that occur include not a few errors in the recapitulation of values. For AEK scores, lecturers must recap the total attendance manually so that it can cause errors and take a long time. Students also have to wait too long to find out their grades. Based on the above problems, a special e-learning will be built to handle the problem of managing value data and an online student attendance list so that it can help the academic community to control lecture activities in realtime. Presentation of data will be faster, more precise and accurate.
