SISTEM LAYANAN DAN INFORMASI PUBLIK BERBASIS WEBSITE (STUDI KASUS : DESA OELATIMO)

Abstract

Oelatimo Village is a village located in East Kupang Subdistrict, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The Oelatimo village government provides a number of public information services that can be accessed by the Oelatimo community, but access to these services is still using conventional methods and their management is not well organized such as residents must come to the village office to access public information services, then in the management of information services the public by the village apparatus is still not computerized properly. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the performance of the Oelatimo village government in providing public information services to the community and improve the quality of public information service management by village apparatuses which are still conventional in nature to be computerized so as to facilitate community or village apparatus access to population information and population administration data collection. Methods of data collection using the study of literature, observation, and interviews. System design analysis tools such as flowcharts, use case diagrams, sequences diagrams and class diagrams. While making software, the author uses the PHP programming language, Visual Studio Code as a code editor and Mysql as a database management server. The results of this study produce a system that can provide public information services to the Oelatimo village community or the general public.
