Abstract

Indah Bangunan Strore is a business entity engaged in the sale of building materials which is located on Jl. Bundaran PU No. 69, Tuak Daun Merah sub-district, Kupang NTT. The workshop provides a variety of building materials and carpentry tools, transaction processing, data processing and financial reporting are handled using computers. The aim of this research is to design and build a website based sales application at Toko Indah Bangunan so that the administrative governance can be managed properly so that it can attract more customers and increase profits. The process of data and information collection is carried out using data collection techniques through literature review, observation and interviews. While the website application design method uses the waterfall method. The results of this design will produce a website based building materials sales application, so it is hoped that it will know the customer's needs and wants and can create a close and open business relationship and communication with customers is much better, high quality service like this is able to attract many customers. make continuous purchases so that the problem of declining turnover can be overcome.
