Abstract

Mapping the Boundaries of Repulik Indonesia (RI) and República Democrática de Timor- Leste (RDTL) in North Central Timor Regency (TTU) Based on Website . Supervised by North Central Timor Regency is one of the areas in west timor who had border land and sea with the local district oecuse an enclave of timor leste .Some sub districts in districts north central timor is bordered is kecamatan mutis , west miomaffo subdistrict , were the sub district , nilulat bikomi sub district , in central bikomi , north bikomi sub district , naibenu sub district , insana subdistrict north , and moenleu biboki subdistrict anleu biboki subdistrict. Daerah-daerah has pontensi empowerment as the great strategic between two countries , both have natural resources that can boost the economy and the regions .But because of the lack of information about some border areas such as the public access , the use of resources and empowerment education so as to hinder the development of information among local residents . At the moment, the spread of information from the border management agency regional do with the division of the border area, profile books socialization and instrumentality used it is not capable of reaching all the elements people because it limited education and socialization a short time. The map represent a form of transfer to real state of earth and diperkecil in a sheet of media flat two dimensional digitalisasi or computer visualize the world more interactive .Through mapping digitalisasi map can be presenting some truth and complete information and reach a wider and can be accessed at any time than the previous. So from this research produce information that be accessed quickly, giving full information and the earliest and able to increase knowledge writer for the mapping and also allow society to obtain strategic information public areas.
