PENJUALAN TIKET PADA PT.ASDP INDONESIA FERRY (PERSERO) CABANG KUPANG BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

Public service is a main activity carried out by government staff in the Ajaobaki village an on going basis. Where the current system often finds difficulties, namely information services that still use information boards, population data search, data duplication found due to sequential population data collection and damage and loss of data resulting from the storage media that is only in the form of documents. The purpose of this research is to design and build an Ajaobaki village public service application. The system development method used is the waterpall method with the system analysis method used is flowmap, use case, class diagram. In compiling this thesis using data collection methods by observation and interview. The software used for making this information system is PHP and MySQL. The implementation of the population information system in Ajaobaki village can help facilitate the processing of supporting data for making family cards, identity cards, birth certificates, deaths, migrants and migrants, searching for population data, reducing the occurrence of damage and loss of population data due to documentary storage media, no duplication of population data, and can shorten time in operations.
