Abstract

The award system for lecturers is applied by conducting the process of selection of the best lecturers who are not separated from several criteria namely: expertise, conscientiousness, productivity, responsibility, awareness of working outside of working hours, loyalty, being able to work together in a team, openness to receive advice, creative and innovative, motivation and appearance. This best lecturer selection process uses the Promethee method. Promethee method is a method of determining the order (priority) in multicriteria analysis where using the criteria and weights of each criterion are then processed to determine the selection of field alernatifs, the results of which are sequential based on their priorities.Methods of ordering or prioritizing in multicriteria decision making (MCDM) . The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system that includes multicriteria calculation in the process of selection of the best lecturers at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang using promethee method. Promethee is a method of solving multicriteria problems by determining order (priority). The test result of this system is the application of promethee method in the selection of the best lecturers with the highest ranking scores. Based on the results of the analysis, lecturers with an average calculation with a score of 822 in the order of 1 then lecturer with an average calculation with a value of 540 in the order of 2 and 491 in the order of 3.
