ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI PAROKI XYZ

Abstract

Information technology is currently bringing about changes and causing impacts caused by humans, organizations, companies and agencies always need accurate, fast and precise information. The parish is a non-profit organization serving the community in the religious field. The growth in the number of people is increasing from year to year, so that an effective and efficient data processing system is needed to support service activities for all people in the XYZ Parish. Research and data collection methods used by the author are field observations, interviews and literature study. The analysis and system design techniques are Unified Modeling Language (UML), database design using PhpMyAdmin and application design using Adobe Dreamweaver. The results of the research at the XYZ Parish resulted in a sacrament administration information system that could process parishioners data more effectively and efficiently with easy-to-understand report output. The information system is expected to produce accurate information so that it can provide good service to the people. Suggestions are given so that the system can run properly, namely the use of the system must be in accordance with the procedure so that the system can operate properly and produce an administrative information system in accordance with the parish.
