APLIKASI PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI BERBASIS WEB DI KELURAHAN OESAPA KOTA KUPANG

The administrative service process in Oesapa Village is still using the manual method, which in managing a letter there must be checking and matching data in accordance with the KTP and the Family Card and to make it even still using Microsoft word media, this can cause data input errors and the results the letter is not accurate. There are also other problems in the administrative service process, that is, the community must visit or face to face with the local RT / RW chairman, this can saturate the community if one day the community wants to take a letter of introduction from the RT / RW Chairperson and the RT / RW Chairperson. . And at the kelurahan level there are often obstacles because when people want to take care of a letter at the village head's office sometimes they have to commute the village head's office because of problems in administrative services such as power outages, printers / computer errors, and sometimes even the signatories of the letter are not present , this case can saturate and boring people in the process of administrative services. In connection with the problem outlined, there needs to be an information system that can help and expedite the administrative service process for the community of Oesapa Village, namely the Design of Web-Based Administration Services Application in Oesapa Village, Kupang City. The method used in making this application is the waterfall method which consists of several stages, namely: analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing. In the Oesapa Urban Village administration application, news will be presented relating to Oesapa Urban Village, the Agenda of activities, requirements for handling a letter, contact messages and advice for the Urban Village and mail handling services for the community with the added advantage of an additional feature, namely the notification system where this feature bridges between community and village officials in the process of administration.
