SISTEM PAKAR MENDETEKSI PENYAKIT HIV/AIDS DI NTT DENGAN METODE SUPPORT VECTOR REGRESSION (SVR)

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a virus that destroys the immune system called CD4, CD4 cells function to fight infection, when more CD4 cells are attacked and destroyed by viruses then the immune system will go down and be susceptible to diseases such as infected with fungi, bacteria . Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is the last stage of HIV infection. Based on data from the Department of Health the spread of HIV / AIDS, especially in East Nusa Tenggara Province, amounted to 3,464 people with HIV / AIDS. reached 1,520 people in 2019. And of that number, there were 911 male sufferers and 609 female sufferers. This is because HIV / AIDS sufferers are still less open about their status, arguing that there is still community stigma and discrimination against them. The problem is the lack of public knowledge about HIV / AIDS, symptoms of HIV / AIDS and ways of transmission of HIV / AIDS among the community. The purpose of this research is to help the public to view the views of PLWHA (people living with HIV / AIDS) against HIV / AIDS and provide information about HIV / AIDS infection transmission. The system was designed using the Support Vector Regression (SVR) method as detecting HIV / AIDS. The SVR (Support Vector Regression) method aims to predict nonlinear data. The basis of this method is to convert data into higher dimensions based on certain functions with more accurate and detailed results.
