Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) are Regional or Regional Technical Implementation Units (UPTD) that are responsible for carrying out health development in a work area that is comprehensive, integrated, equitable, acceptable and affordable to the community. The Pasir Panjang Puskesmas is the working area of the Kupang City Health Office, where the Pasir Panjang Puskesmas functions to carry out a first-level public health effort. The problems that occur in health services at the Pasir Panjang Public Health Center are data processing systems both patient medical data and administrative data for each section are still done manually. This administrative information system makes the health service information system in Puskesmas Pasir Panjang able to provide information quickly and accurately from existing data.
