Smartphone information technology such as Android and iOS are already familiar to people like today, the presence of various kinds of innovation and creativity technology has facilitated human activities. Mobile Ticketing (m-ticketing) application at PT. ASDP East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) aims to improve convenience and comfort services for prospective passengers and passengers of inter-island ferry crossings in East Nusa Tenggara, with this mobile ticketing prospective passengers can easily check departure schedules, weather, ferry departure cancellations and travel ticket reservations so that it will reduce the queues that occur at the manual ticket service counter. In the initial stage of data collection, namely by interviewing PT. ASDP. From the evaluation results using the black box method, it can be concluded that the user (user) can process the order transaction until the ticket payment can be completed at one time simultaneously.
