ANALISIS DAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN WISUDAWAN LULUSAN TERBAIK MENGGUNAKAN METODE TOPSIS PADA STIKOM UYELINDO KUPANG

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the right criteria to determine the best graduate graduates at the Computer Information Management College of STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang and implementing in a decision support system using the topsis method, the process of determining students with the best graduate predicate involves many criteria that need to be assessed, so in its completion requires a system that can provide decisions that are fast and on target, often known as a Decision Support System. The process of determining students with the best graduate title at the School of Computer Informatics Management in STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang is still constrained because there are no effective methods and assessment criteria based only on the GPA score. In designing this system the author uses the Topsis method as a multi-criteria decision making method. From the seven criteria proposed by researchers namely GPA, Study Length, Number of Reprogramming Courses, Activeness in Organizing, Programming Language Ability, English Language Ability and Scientific Work. Only four criteria are used in this research because they are adjusted to the current conditions in the Uyelindo Kupang STIKOM. Topsis method is applied to analyze the criteria that have been determined in determining the best graduate candidates. From the system calculation results compared with the manual calculation results obtained the same results so that it can be said under the decision support system for determining the graduates with the best predicate built able to provide recommendations for the best graduate graduate rating based on the number of values sorted from highest weight to lowest weight.
