Retribution is one of the potentials in an area which if managed well will produce a source of Local Revenue (PAD). Of the several types of user fees, levies in tourist areas are one of the elements that have a role in Local Revenue (PAD). However, in its management, there are still some potential loss of income due to the weak supervision of the control function of retribution supervision. The Department of Tourism and the Regional Revenue and Asset Service have difficulty in supervising and controlling the retribution process because everything is done manually, while education to the public regarding awareness in paying levies in tourist areas is very minimal. With the establishment of an e-retribution system, it can provide convenience for all stakeholders such as the Tourism Office, the Regional Revenue Service and Regional Assets to supervise and control the process in real time. Through this e-levy system, the community is also given the opportunity to be able to participate in monitoring and controlling the levy system in the tourist area in order to reduce the potential loss of income and extortion practices.
