SISTEM LAYANAN PASIEN RUJUKAN PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KABUPATEN LEMBATA BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

Management of patient data management between puskesmas and hospitals becomes very important if the patient will be referred to one hospital in one district area. Data inequality often occurs between puskesmas and hospitals. The progress of patients to be referred is not monitored in real time either the puskesmas sending patients or related leadership elements including the health department. Integration of patient medical record data between health centers, hospitals and health services is very important. The health office makes the medical record data from day to day as a statistics of the health department anytime anywhere in the context of real time evaluation and monitoring is very difficult to obtain information. This system development method uses SDLC using the waterfall approach by making UML diagrams such as use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, entity relationship diagrams as stages of system design. This information system is made based on WEB using PHP programming language supported by MySQL database. The results of this study can integrate the patient's medical record system, especially referral patients from the puskesmas to the hospital, in real time and can be monitored by hospitals and health offices. Thus the statistical health data can be obtained accurately both health centers, hospitals and health offices.
